PHOTO ON DELIVERY (PROOF OF DELIVERY OR POD)

Delivery contractors under contract with JP Carrier may take a photo of a package during the delivery process.  The emphasis of the picture will be on where the package is placed, and it is not saved on the contractor’s device. Taking pictures of packages upon delivery is designed to provide reassurance to consumers that their package arrived securely. Delivery photos can be utilized to confirm the delivery spot, conduct quality checks, or aid in the process of tracing and locating missing packages. If we manage to capture a photo upon delivery and it meets our quality criteria, it will be visible to shippers or consumers who track a package from our company.
